I have been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist in Tennessee for over 7 years. My practice consists mainly of outcalls, where I specialize in pain relief modalities with an emphasis on deep stretching and ideas for recuperative self-care. Another aspect of my practice is on energy work, and I have had extensive studies in Reiki, achieving the Master/Teacher level in 2010. Each session is unique, structured around the exact needs of the client that day, and incorporates many different modalities and techniques as needed.

A new treatment being offered is an integrated 90 minute session of massage and acupuncture, aimed at addressing physical and emotional (psychosomatic) concerns, and I will be working in conjunction with Yvonne Constancio, L.Ac in these sessions.
